2010 Kick-Off Meeting - 21st January 2010
We recently held our annual kick-off meeting in Jaipur, attended by our esteemed leader Mr Bankim Chandra.
During his 30 minute presentation, accompanied by a great deal of hand orientated gesticulation, and the rapt attention of all India based employees, we were reminded of our 2009 accomplishments and met expansion targets, and were enlightened on our plans for 2010.
Foremost in our thoughts for 2010 was the topping-off of our purpose built premises in Jaipur, so that all out India based employees can be based out of the same office. Work continues on the bespoke interior, with an estimated completion date of First Phase by 26th February 2010.
We also launched our new web based project management system that will allow real time feedback and progress reports from us at Dotsquares to all our clients, alleviating the amount of email / MSN / Skype traffic involved in our communication process.
Also, based on our successful re-design and re-engineering of the site of Rajasthan's Chief Minister, we are very much looking forward to expansion into the realm of Central and Local Government sites.
The meeting was held, in true work dedicatory fashion, and with great enthusiasm, before the start of the normal working day so that none of our clients' projects were adversely affected in any way, such is our work ethos here at Dotsquares.
We are very much looking forward to continuing our annual expansion, which has continued regardless of the recent financial downturn, which we feel proves that our business model is not only built on sound foundations, but also applicable in the harshest of financial markets, and very much look forward to engaging many more clients in the coming year, could you be one of them?
