What was the scope of the project involved?
The initial requirement was to develop a personalised website. The sensors we install around the home record data in real time. We wanted to build a personalised site where customers can access the information and see real time activity charts as well as allowing them to set up alert notifications if their behaviour changes.

I would score the development and PM work 9 out of 10. I must admit that the website development was much harder work and would score this 5 out of 10. I would like to personally thank the team for his support, effort and understanding our our requirements. It was a complicated build and he delivered the project on time and was always around to assist.
