Dotsquares recently celebrated 12 years providing quality innovative web solutions to our global clients. In those 12 years the company has grown from 5 to 500 technical employees, grown an envious client base with several listed on the New York and London Stock Exchanges, and have more recently expanded to include mobile app developments for all the major devices. In those years the company has changed dramatically to reflect its growing size and reach with new Development Centres and we now have our employees in sales offices in the UK, Australia and USA. 
The last year has seen a push towards letting other countries experience what Dotsquares can offer with United Kingdom Trade & Investment Missions to New York City, Dubai and Brazil, where our Managing Director, Bankim Chandra was joined by Willie Walsh, CEO of British Airways. 2013 saw the company successfully complete 1306 projects with 991 new clients, which we are sure you’ll agree meant an awful lot of dedicated hard work! This was in part facilitated by improvements to our internal systems which have been reflected in our customer facing online project management system, DSProjects. We have also fully acquired a USA company to help us spearhead our drive into the North Eastern region of the country, which will help us to become even more integrated into the organisations with whom we work. This expansion was mirrored in Australia where our Melbourne office underwent an expansion and we can now offer even higher levels of customer care and service from both locations. In order to make sure we have the people capable of offering that we have launched our Dotsquares Academy where we take the best freshers straight from University and give them the skills and knowledge to become effective Dotsquares employees. Our current employees have been busy too with the opening of our Dotsquares Stores (https://stores.dotsquares.com/) where we can now offer extensions and plugins for the major Content Management Systems, as well as mobile and flash based games. 
We are not looking to stop there though! Our plans are to organically grow the Team further to over 600 full time employees, expand our offerings for our established markets in the USA and Australia and make an impact in those new markets visited in the Middle East and Brazil. We plan to look to expand our facilities for Gaming, Mobile Apps and Design and offer the very best offshore development experience possible.
