Why did the client come to Dotsquares?
The online tech publication marketplace is crowded, and the user experience is nearly always intrusive with banners and pop-up ads everywhere making it difficult, almost impossible, to navigate. TechInformed wanted a WordPress support team that could be on-hand to continuously enhance their digital publication. They also wanted to be able to make minor edits to the pages once built. And finally, they wanted a smooth process from pricing/effort estimation to execution, amendments, and sign-off.
Solution Delivered
We offered a bucket support service which meant that TechInformed could pre-pay for hours and use them up as needed. We have built the pages so that minor edits to text and images could be done easily by their marketing team. Finally, we provided them with a project managed based in our development centre and a project dashboard that is easy to use and manage.
