Premium Institutional-Grade Website for an Australian Commercial Asset Finance Brokerage

We designed and developed a premium, institutional-grade marketing website for Coyne Finance, an independent asset and commercial finance brokerage in Australia. The new WordPress and Elementor Pro website establishes Coyne Finance’s brand authority online, captures qualified finance enquiries through an integrated Gravity Forms setup, and routes every submission directly into the client’s existing Go High Level (GHL) CRM, all while laying a scalable foundation for a future client portal.

Premium Institutional-Grade Website for an Australian Commercial Asset Finance Brokerage

The Client

Coyne Finance is an independent asset and commercial finance brokerage based in Australia, serving business owners, operators, transport and logistics businesses, construction and trade businesses, agricultural operators, and self-employed borrowers. The brokerage offers commercial asset finance, business lending, refinance, and equipment funding solutions.

The brokerage supports finance categories including vehicles, trucks and transport, equipment, yellow goods, caravans, low-doc and ABN holder finance, and private and dealer sale finance. Beyond enquiry capture, the platform connects directly into the client's existing GHL environment, creating a streamlined, low-friction path from enquiry to lender conversation.

The client's vision was to launch as an institutional-grade brokerage from day one, positioned above a typical local broker, with a digital presence that reflects the quality of its brand and builds immediate credibility with operators and business owners who are often evaluating finance options from a mobile device.

The Challenge

Coyne Finance approached us as a new brand launch, without an existing website, and with a clear brand guide already developed. The primary challenge was translating that brand guide; navy and gold tones, Montserrat typography, heavy white space, and a strictly institutional feel combined into a fully custom WordPress build, with no template shortcuts and no generic "fintech" or "broker" styling.

A second major challenge was CRM continuity. Coyne Finance already operated an active Go High Level (GHL) environment with existing automations and workflows. Any new website needed to feed enquiries directly into this environment without disrupting or modifying those existing workflows in any way.

The website also needed to build trust and credibility instantly, given the target audience which will be business owners, transport operators, and self-employed borrowers who often make fast decisions and expect a professional, low-friction enquiry experience.

Compliance requirements added further complexity, requiring a footer structure that could house Credit Representative details and linked compliance documents (Privacy Policy, Credit Guide, Complaints & Dispute Resolution) in a fully editable way.

Finally, the project needed to remain flexible enough to accommodate a future client portal in a later phase, meaning early architectural decisions had to avoid locking the client into plugins or structures that would block that expansion.

The Solution

We built Coyne Finance's website from the ground up using WordPress and Elementor Pro, custom-designed directly from the supplied brand guide, with every section delivered as a fully editable content block.

The Home page was built around a navy hero section with a strong positioning statement and dual calls-to-action (Discuss Finance and View Capabilities), supported by a credibility strip, a differentiator block, a services overview, a process overview, a founder authority section, and a trust section.

The Capabilities page presented each finance category as a premium content card with concise copy and a clear enquiry CTA, deliberately avoiding comparison-site styling. During the project, the client requested additional capability detail pages to expand on individual finance solutions; these were developed and incorporated as an approved enhancement to the original scope.

The Contact/Discuss Finance page featured a friction-free Gravity Forms enquiry form. Every submission was routed directly into the client's existing GHL environment via the Gravity Forms GHL Add-On, creating contacts and triggering the client's existing workflows without any modification to those automations.

A global compliance footer was implemented across all pages, and the entire WordPress installation was structured to support MemberPress or WooCommerce Memberships in a future Phase 2, ensuring the client's investment in this build would carry forward into a future client portal without requiring a rebuild. The website was fully optimised for responsiveness across desktop, tablet and mobile, with attention to Core Web Vitals, image compression, and clean code throughout.

The Results

The engagement delivered a fully live, tested, and integrated premium WordPress website for Coyne Finance, successfully deployed to the client's server.

The site provides a professional, institutional-grade online presence that clearly communicates Coyne Finance's finance capabilities and services from the very first visit.

Website leads now flow directly into the client's existing Go High Level CRM, with all pre-existing workflows and automations left unchanged, and the expanded set of capability detail pages gives buyers deeper information on individual finance solutions.
