In 2018 we were approached by beauty enthusiast Keila Doyle, who had worked closely with the beauty industry for the majority of her career. One day when Keila was searching for some hair services she came across a variety of different apps, but was disappointed with the low quality of services and realised how some beauticians were being untreated unfairly, and that's where the idea of My Beauty Squad was manifested.
