Digitising Vendor On boarding for TraderzPlanet

TraderzPlanet is a growing digital marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, suppliers, and service providers on a single platform. With an existing customer-facing app already in use, the client wanted to extend its ecosystem by empowering Feet on Street (FOS) agents and vendors to onboard businesses efficiently and expand the platform’s reach through offline-to-online engagement.

While TraderzPlanet had a strong public app for customers, on boarding new vendors through field agents was time-consuming and fragmented. FOS agents lacked a dedicated tool to register vendors, verify details, manage documentation, and track on boarding status in real time. Manual processes increased the risk of errors, duplicate entries, and delayed approvals. The challenge was to design an intuitive, reliable app that worked seamlessly alongside the existing system while enabling faster, accurate, and scalable business on boarding.

We developed a dedicated Flutter-based mobile app exclusively for FOS agents and vendors, designed to integrate smoothly with the existing TraderzPlanet ecosystem. The app enables agents to on board new vendors, validate contact details, capture business information, upload images, and track request statuses in real time. Built with a clean, user-friendly interface, it supports Android and iOS platforms and mirrors the brand experience of the customer-facing app. By leveraging existing backend APIs, the solution ensured faster development, data consistency, and a streamlined on boarding workflow without disrupting current operations.

The new app significantly improved the speed and accuracy of vendor on boarding. FOS agents can now register businesses on the go, reduce duplicate entries, and track approvals with full transparency. The structured digital process minimized manual errors and enhanced data quality across the platform. As a result, TraderzPlanet strengthened its supply-side network, accelerated marketplace growth, and created a scalable foundation for future expansion—while maintaining a consistent experience for customers, vendors, and internal teams alike.
