Wash’em All needed a scalable platform to enable real-time order tracking across customers, drivers, and laundries. Managing multiple drivers for a single order posed logistical complexities. Dotsquares developed an all-in-one platform using React Native for customer and driver mobile apps, and .NET for laundry and admin web panels. The customer app enabled laundry search, order placement, real-time tracking, and discount application. The driver app supported order management, pickup/delivery updates, and driver swapping.
