AK Info Tools is a specialised e-commerce brand serving mobile repair professionals with a wide range of tools, spare parts, and accessories. With an established web presence, the client aimed to expand into mobile commerce to better serve on-the-go technicians while maintaining a unified backend, consistent inventory management, and streamlined order processing across platforms.

The client needed a mobile app that mirrored the functionality of their existing website while delivering a smooth, intuitive shopping experience on handheld devices. Key challenges included maintaining data consistency between web and mobile, integrating multiple third-party services such as payments, shipping, and notifications, and supporting complex features like wallets, order tracking, and customer support. We developed a cross-platform mobile application using React Native, tightly integrated with the existing admin panel and backend APIs.
