New Wins
Another month at Dotsquares has seen us win some important new business. This has included working alongside another international agency to provide a live chat solution for a major client in the education industry, a Hubspot CMS integration for a Manchester-based agency, and a PHP optimisation solution for a client in the medical industry. Other new projects include working alongside a well-known fashion designer and bespoke men’s tailor to analyse and specify a full Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application. Finally, we have started on a number of eCommerce solutions using Shopify and other providers.
Dotsquares Networking Event – London Office
Dotsquares recently held a Networking event at our London Offices in London Bridge. An informal afternoon and evening were spent discussing with clients and guests, and finding out more about them. We provided a short presentation about the solutions that Dotsquares can provide and were able to offer our guests some delicious food in our relaxed surroundings. Our presentation covered areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and how they can be used alongside your website to get to the insights and drive growth further still. Dotsquares Developed Smart Snout App – National News
A client of ours and their website was recently featured on ITV News in a report on an app that we helped develop. Smart Snout uses the unique pattern found on a dog’s nose (much like a human fingerprint) as their identifying feature. Dotsquares used a core of Python technology to build the app. This was complemented by using Flutter alongside an image recognition functionality that utilised machine learning. The app used firebase to provide the chat functionality and used a SQL Lite DB. The Business Show – Nov 24/25 – keep the date free and come and join us
Dotsquares will once again be attending The Business Show at the ExCeL in London’s Docklands. The event will be starting on Wednesday 24th November, continuing the following day. We’ll be available on our stand both days to discuss any technologies or solutions that interest you. We will also be providing a couple of “Masterclass” sessions each day. Microsoft Partner Certifications Announcement
Dotsquares has recently achieved another milestone competency as part of our Microsoft Partner Programme. We are now certified by Microsoft to provide administration and provisioning with SQL data using the various new Azure technologies available. As cloud-based technologies become even more influential in the storage and distribution of data, Dotsquares recognises that we need to have all the certifications and competencies to allow us to be as effective as possible to help our clients. In addition, we have achieved another milestone in Application Integration. These really show our solutions are backed by solid certified specialists.
Salesforce Trailblazer Community Group Event
Dotsquares recently held an evening event sponsored by the Salesforce Trailblazer Community Groups. Three Dotsquares experts discussed how Salesforce can be optimised for small companies, the new elements available from the Winter 2022 release and introduce & provide insight into the Marketing Cloud. The event had over 50 participants and all came away having learnt more, ready to use their knowledge in whichever industry. These sessions are usually in-person and we’ll look forwards to welcoming everyone back to our usual venue in good time.

New Office Construction – Jaipur Update
As regular readers will know we are currently constructing a new dedicated office facility in Jaipur for our staff. This has now seen the basement floor constructed and the ground floor work commenced. Doesn’t look like much now but it’s our new home and we are loving the progress!!
Salesforce Team join Community Planting Initiative
As part of our commitments for our Salesforce Partner Programme, our Salesforce Developers have been working within their community to tidy up local highways and plant some trees. Like Salesforce we are active participants in our communities and are always striving to make a difference where we can. Other recent events have included amongst others, trips to our local Mother Theresa centre to provide care and respite for the residents there. Like any company with values like our own, we need to live them as well as promote them!
