Have you ever noticed that in the fast-paced world of IT, it’s easy to focus so much on the "deliverables" that we forget about the people behind the screens?
This year, Dotsquares is undergoing a fundamental shift in perspective across all our global offices. We didn't just meet to talk about 2026 revenue targets or software updates; we met to redefine how we work together. With our CEO Bankim Chandra and Marketing Director Shilpi Chandra joining us from the UK, and our Indian Directors Omkar Singh, Bahul Chandra, and Reecha Chandra leading the charge, we officially declared 2026 as the "Year of Partnership."
This vision is truly global, extending well beyond our GCC in Jaipur. Our UK team gathered on Wednesday, followed by our Australia office on Thursday, to align their regional strategies under this shared commitment to collaborative growth.
We can come up with a plan for where to go in the future by looking back at where we started down the path we intend to take. In the past year, 2025, we invested heavily in developing our system for managing Total Quality Management (TQM) processes. Throughout the entire year, we have worked on refining the "engine" of our business by standardising processes throughout our organisation, limiting security breaches and ensuring that our systems provide best-in-class service levels for our clients. As we have developed and strengthened our technical excellence by focusing on TQM, we have now gained the ability to develop deeper and more resilient collaborations with our partners.
In the IT industry it is straightforward enough to be a vendor since you simply pick up a ticket and complete the job; partnering is another matter entirely. When you partner with a client, you take on their problems as your problems, and their successes as your successes.
At the kick-off meeting Omkar Singh challenged us to rethink how we evaluated our mission based on this new lens. To him, providing software was not enough; he wants to develop a platform upon which both your clients and your employment base can grow together. To reinforce the challenge that Omkar set for us, Bankim Chandra also outlined a very detailed pathway for our international development, stressing once again that the success of our company is dependent on the value that we create for those whom we serve.
To realise a great vision, effective foundations are essential. The Leadership Team has outlined the necessary steps to transform "A Year of Partnership" into a physical reality.
The highlight of the kickoff was listening to our various Team Managers and Team Leaders. This year’s speakers were Arvind Bhambhani, Rahul Verma, Navnit Kumar, Pankaj Tahiliani, Chetan Maini, Puneet Parnami, Yogesh Sharma, BP Sandeep, Tarun Arora, Zubin Devnani & Shraddha Harlalka.
Rather than just recap what they accomplished in 2025, the speakers created an atmosphere of trust and openness regarding the obstacles experienced throughout the year. As a result, by discussing the various challenges (whether technology-related or due to lack of clarity in communication) allowed us to streamline operations for 2026.
We also had supportive department leadership from Ashish Mantri (VP Strategy), Sonika Talwar (Head of Human Resources) and Saurabh Sethi (Head of Cloud and Infrastructure) who continue to work towards aligning our operational approaches to achieve our future-dream goals.
When you become a customer, partner, or member of Dotsquares you will be aware that the essence of our 2026 launch is that we are all together in it. Whether you are interacting with our teams in London, Melbourne, or Jaipur, the standard of partnership remains the same. In an automated world of responses and "not-really-human" emails we are making the conscious decision to re-focus back on humanity and a desire to create deeper, more meaningful partnerships that offer long-lasting value. We will make 2026 a year filled with breakthroughs together!
Dotsquares defines 2026 as a year focused on partnership, collaboration, and delivering greater value through strong relationships.
