When it comes to business, particularly when it comes to a competitive sector like the IT industry, its good practise to reflect on your experiences and learnings to see how you can improve on your services. Here at Dotsquares we strive to be one step ahead of our competitors, and remain at the forefront of our industry, which is why we hold an Annual Town Hall Meeting in Jaipur India.
This year as we gathered our elite professionals of Team Mangers, IT developers and designers and Business Analysts, we looked back at both the highlights and the learning curves from 2017.
Of course we have to acknowledge that none of these highlights would have ever been possible without the dedicated support, and hard work put in by our loyal employees. Understanding that reward and recognition is an integral part to providing both happiness in the workplace and also company growth, we honoured those whose input particularly stood out over 2017. As we were joined by our valuable clients Alex Higman and Peter Blencowe from Bluecrest Health Screening, we asked them to help us to present the awards to those employees recognised.
