Jam Inns Events hosts Cocktail Classes & Chocolate Making Classes in the UK. Our second websites Jam Inns Ice is an ice delivery business in the UK catering for bars, restaurants, events & festivals supplying ice.

What was the scope of the project involved?

This was quite a complex task, Both my websites back end systems were failing & not communicating with the database & front end websites. There were a large number of outdated plugins & depreciated plug ins on the website & it was using an old php version. I had been hacked on both sites before Christmas & after a lot of trouble & downtime from my current hosting provider I needed both websites fixed & working again & up to date with the latest software. Then we needed to move the sites to a new hosting provider which was complex as there were many 3rd party applications like payment gateways, automated emails etc etc.

The services I have received from the wordpress team have been absolutely incredible. They have been working solidily through many problems on the site, quickly & efficiently. I've had a number of developers work on websites for me in the past & everything has always been problems with other companies. The wordpress team & Arnav took all issues with the website one by one & fixed each one incredibly quickly showing they had an excellent understanding of the technical back end of the site & databases. Before Christmas I had my hosting company spend days working on the website trying to fix it as the hacks had come after one of there own staff added some plugins to the site which broke it. None of the technical staff at my old hosting provider knew how to fix the website yet the wordpress team at Dotsquare just looked at the job & worked & fixed everything. I feel great that now I have a company I can come to when I need something done with the websites because I know 100% whatever I need & whatever may be wrong, broken or not working on the website the team at Dotsquare will understand what to do & they will fix everything. It's a really good feeling to have that confidence in a company that you rely on for your business to be a success.
