To design and build a CMS as well as designing a variety of mobile phone apps for both the iPhone and the Android.

Absolutely everything was done according to plan as well as meeting specific deadlines. To develop an online version of a table top board game currently used by over 100 companies.

I found it difficult initially to communicate the look and feel of the game with the Indian based developers and missed having a UK based point of contact to discuss design ideas with. As a result, the first iteration of the game was disappointing and took more investment and time than I expected. However, my developers, pulled a "rabbit our of a hat" at the last minute and we now have a great online game

This is our company's first attempt at custom building our own web application.
