Business Description
StreetPin provides a network of local Pinboards, or mini websites, for each retailer to turn their customers in to communities. We support them to create local hubs of relevant content, like the butcher’s group discussing recipes and the travel agent arranging a Spanish night of Sangria and trip ideas.
We provide an alternative to the chalkboard offers, leaflets and circulars and it’s a more accessible and affordable than online options such as pay-per-click. Retailers can point, click, and create instant offers throughout the day, as easy as sending a tweet.
We then aggregate all local Pinboards into a real-time directory, where the baker's last few loaves or empty slots in the step class can be offered instantly to those here and now.
What was the scope of the project involved?
Full front and back end build
How did Dotsquares meet your requirements?
StreetPin is not the typical web build, there is lots of bespoke functionality and an inevitable learning curve. I am immensely proud of the final version - it has taken us 5 previous discarded builds to get to this commercial launch, so i am hugely relieved to be able to get StreetPin out there as a robust and engaging platform. Well done, Pawan and team!
What do you value about Dotsquares?
The most valuable thing to me was that Pawan genuinely felt like part of our team. He and Anirudh 'got' what we trying to do and delivered according to my vision. I look forward to a long relationship as StreetPin will release many iterations according to customer feedback and our delivery roadmap.
