Dotsquares have recently launched a new completely Bespoke web portal for the Indian Chief Minister’s Office, which is in turn linked to all Government sites.

The entire portal has been developed using ASP.net 2.0 / MS Sql / JQuery & Xhtml. It also involves Unicode, which was essential due to the diverse dialects involved, meaning that the site will display in Hindi in any browser without the interested recipient having to download Hindi fonts.

The portal incorporates a fully editable CMS system that allows amendments to be made locally without the need for further development.

Features included in the portal are an Audio/Visual Gallery, an Image Slideshow Gallery, downloadable literature in .pdf format, and email data capture along with improved communication via email to the Chief Minister.
