The mental pressure and mental happiness is much required in order to be working productively, and it is still a thing in India.” The CEO added, “We touch base with various technologies popular in the world. One of the focus areas has been around custom development.”

Chandra discussed their focus on custom development and their engagement with various cutting-edge technologies. He also talked about the company adopting the Japanese concept of kaizen for efficiency and how they expanded their operations by establishing a development centre in Jaipur.
