As Dotsquares moves into 2022, we would like to reflect on what many would say was a challenging year, mainly due to the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to extend our sincere prayers to everyone affected and understand the pain of losing a loved one and suffering from the illness. We would also like to reflect on the massive efforts of all the Dotsquares staff members who have maintained and strengthened our relationships with our clients and ensure their businesses go from strength to strength.

Looking ahead we would like to declare 2022 as the year for “People, Tools & Technology”. Throughout the year you will see some changes as we strive to achieve our goal. One of these is the launch of our new brand “Forcesquares” to focus on industry leading Salesforce solutions and services.

We’ll also be celebrating our 20 year and we’ll be updating our plans for that celebration here and through the usual channels.

New Wins

December proved a quieter month for Dotsquares but we have still secured several great new client wins. These have included a Salesforce development for a USA based Finance House, an ecommerce site and portal for a finance & insurance organisation, a home contractor portal for a Canadian client and a Hubspot development for a revenue generation company. We have also started work on an ECG monitoring app for a major healthcare provider in Connecticut, USA.

Forcesquares – New Salesforce Services & Solutions Brand

It is with great pleasure that we proudly introduce to you our new Salesforce Services and Solutions Brand: Forcesquares.

Today along with our Salesforce Team, we gathered on this special and joyous occasion, in the presence of key members of Dotsquares family, to witness and celebrate the launch of our new brand, Forcesquares. Forcesquares is now a dedicated unit of Dotsquares which provides the full set of Salesforce Solutions.

Earlier this month we announced that Dotsquares obtained recognition as a Ridge Consulting Partner (previously known as a Silver Consulting Partner) with Salesforce demonstrating excellent experience with all of their cloud solutions.

Salesforce recognized Dotsquares’ commitment to customer success, technology innovation, business growth, employment equality, and sustainable development. These are the areas Salesforce assesses partners on when considering Ridge Consulting’s level of recognition.

Over the last five years, we have successfully delivered over 100 complex Salesforce implementation, development, and integration projects, with a proven track record within the Financial, Property, Media, Energy, Law, IT, Healthcare & Science sectors. So with a team of 50+ certified Salesforce specialists, we thought to grow this unit further under a unique brand name.

Forcesquares will help us to focus more on Salesforce services and will be grown vertically with an autonomous structure inside Dotsquares. Having its own dedicated sales, training and development departments.

We want to personally thank Rahul Verma and Pankaj Tahiliiani, who collectively head up the Salesforce Department, for a wonderful launch ceremony for Forcesquares. This is a fantastic team effort and a special thanks to all the Senior Leadership, Team Members, Admin Department, and HR Department, for being a part of the ceremony and making it memorable. Together we will work to establish Forcesquares as a globally respected brand for Salesforce Services.

New Appointment

We are delighted to announce that Shraddha H Shetty has joined the Dotsquares Family!

Shraddha has been appointed to our new Strategy & Digital Transformation Lead, and assisting in supporting our growing list of premium clients. She will be aiding them on their digital transformation journey (AI, Data Analytics & Blockchain to name a few) and providing a complete level of consultancy. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration we are sure we can all learn a lot from her.

New Development Centre Construction Update

We are delighted to report that our new Development Centre is progressing well. Construction has now reached the fourth level (two levels below ground, two above) and we are still progressing well to have the building structure completed by the end of the first quarter of 2022. It will take some time to fit out our new home after that but we are all looking forwards to all coming under one roof!

Charity Push to Distribute Clothes to Disadvantaged Children

As part of our continuing philanthropic efforts members of our Salesforce & Zoho Teams across the organisation have been distributing warm clothes to those less fortunate than ourselves. These really reinforce our corporate values and allow us to give something back. A successful afternoon saw all clothes distributed and many happy smiling faces.

Certifications Update

As you may be aware we have been going on something of a push recently to ensure that all our development and other staff have the right certifications for their roles. As we move into the New Year we are ensuring that all training opportunities are available and taking some time with each individual to work out their tailored requirements. Recently we have seen employees gain certifications in Azure data, Azure AI Fundamentals and Azure DB Admin. We have also updated our Microsoft Partner Network Program certifications to include Gold Application Integration, Gold Data and Gold Application Development standards. We’ve also seen employees achieve additional Salesforce certifications including Cloud Consultants and Experience Cloud Consultants. Finally several employees have achieved Scrum Master Certifications from PSMI.

A Fresh Outlook

We are excited to announce that we are declaring Year 2022 as the year for “People, Tools and Technology Year”.

People: Empowerment, Upskill and Engagement:

We will be putting more emphasis on our core strength, that is our “People”. The goal is to restructure some employment policies, add more benefits, flexible working environment, clear hierarchy and KRAs/KPIs as per the roles and the recognition of the achievements. Same time a better learning ecosystem will be developed to get trained with the newer technologies, certifications, and personal growth.

We have already started a few new policies for health & well being and are working to add more Dotsquares advantages to the list.

Tools: AI, ML and Automation:

We will be adding more tools to SDLC so some of the process could be automated. Those tools/software will be easy to use and help to reduce the stress with regular checks of code, testing and other processes to deliver the efficient systems to the clients.

We have already started working on Dev Ops/Azure/AWS/Bit Buckets etc for this and will be adding more performance monitoring, QA/QC automation tools.

Technology: Leadership, Partnerships, Products and Branding:

We are continuing with signing up with new partnerships with industry and solution leaders. It is of great importance to us that we vertically grow these technologies in our teams, with a dedicated team of people who maintain all the aspects of that technology, from sales, marketing, branding to the project execution. This is in order to bring a completely streamlined approach to our services, further benefiting our clients in their project experience.
