Pretty good. The end product looks very professional and functional. The challenge in using Dotsquares again will be project management from the client side. Success depends on striking the balance between giving the developer clear and detailed instructions while not getting in their way. The other possible improvement could be to get the developers thoughts and ideas on the design before implementation. As the final design was partly influenced by ideas from friends and the designer himself.

Obtaining PCI Compliance so that credit card payment can be accepted on our website.

Saurabh Seti worked on the server requirements, and Argawhal the programming. The programming effort was completed first, but there were a lot of security requirements from the compliance certifier SecurityMetrics. Saurabh kept going until EVERY requirement was fulfilled - and this took some months. We are very impressed by the effort taken esp by Saurabh as his part took longer than the rest, and new requirements kept being discovered as a result of the testing.
