Our support of course does not stop when the project has been completed. We have a highly regarded and innovative way of supporting your website, system or app right through its lifecycle.
Unlike other development companies we don’t look to lock you in to a maintenance contract. What we can offer you is the ability to pre-book a block (we call it a Bucket) of hours that are then held against your account. As the maintenance work is completed (in up to 15 minute segments) we simply reduce the amount of time in that Bucket. Your updates are completed by the same Developer who worked originally on the project and as with our regular Models, everything is provided on a time & materials basis – with no fuss and complete transparency through our online project management system.
